I've just noticed that I've been losing alot of water from my rad and now I've found some milky substance on my oil cap could this mean the head gasket has gone

cpould be mate also maybe your water pump or the water pump gasket worth checking those first befor ripping the head off also get a gargae to do a sniff test and also a compresion test bud
