Best oil for 1.5 way trd diff and best clutch to match

Hey guys just bought a trd diff and wondering what's the best oil to put in the diff something like 75w-90. Also would a 6 puk paddle clutch do the job as I'm looking to do a couple of drag days and still have drivability, I. Running just under 200 bhp and looking to increase the power soon
