Plastigauge any one use this?

im looking to assembly my bottom end this week, has anyone used plastigauge before ?

im going to use it on the mains and big ends, has anyone got the MIN AND MAX tolerances ?

also , what sequence should you tighten the head down with?

I've talked to my boss about plastigauge. Never used it my self. He says it works ok. As for the tolerances they are floating about some were.

i have that spec sheet. how do i tell what mark mine are? dont even know if its worth it as i wont be able to change it even if it is out :/

Its good checking if you have undersized bearing. And within tolerance

You get the size chart with the plastigauge mate and just measure it with that
