Stem seals

Every morning i start my car up ot give a lil puff of blue smoke. Is this just the oil that leaks through the stem seals after I've the cars parked and hot?

Mine used to do loads of smoke and changed stem seals was okay for two week them again now smoking like i bitch lol i think il just scrap the bastard

maddox does it do it pretty much immediately on first startup of the day?

Yeah just on start up, a lil puff, then gone. It doesnt burn a drop of oil appart from that

Does it do it on throttle once warmed up though or like as soon as you turn the key it will do it before touching throttle?

If the latter it sounds like valve seals, although I had an old mazda that did this and it used like form full to low on dipstick in a week :/

Just on start up, im gunna crank it a couple of times and take the plugs out and check them
