DanGEP91 Posted July 31, 2012 Posted July 31, 2012 Ok, it's a simple question. I semi rotated my td04 so that the oil feeds are the right way but didn't do the circlip side - just adapted my intercooler to fit like that, it wasn't too difficult. My question is, to rotate the circlip side (to the intercooler) do I need to split the turbo again or should I just be able to remove the circlip and turn that end on its own? Quote
akyakapotter Posted July 31, 2012 Posted July 31, 2012 Yes you need to split that side as there is a locating pin that needs to be pulled out with a pair of pliers Quote
Flaminsam Posted July 31, 2012 Posted July 31, 2012 As above. There should have been one on the exhaust or turbine housing too? Quote
DanGEP91 Posted July 31, 2012 Author Posted July 31, 2012 Yeah I removed the one on the exhaust side, my I just meant would I have to split the exhaust side again to rotate the compressor side? Quote
