Fitting a hks actuator

Went to fit my hks actuator, but noticed the standard actuator has two boost pipes coming off it, yet the hks only has one? How do i get round it?

The loop from your turbo goes onto the vac nipple on the HKS actuator the other pipe can be removed as its for the high low boost solenoid.

Thanks mate. So if the hi/low boost pipe is removed will it be on high boost all the time?

Yes mate will be on whatever boost pressure you set the HKS actuator to. Longer = Less boost. Shorter = More Boost.

Mate there is only that one pipe. What pipe work are you talking about?

If you just want to run the boost set by the actuator, ie no boost controller or hi/lo then just loop one short hose from the turbo nipple onto the actuator nipple.

As new the hks actuator kit comes with a tee piece to allow you to still run the stock hi lo solenoid or a boost controller.

See im running a boost controller aswell, will be setting that up tomorrow aswell like. Want to be running slightly more boost than normal. So its a little bit quicker thats all not too much tho, just had a new engine :/
