Beastmode panda
Got a problem with boosting. It's set to 0.8 (td04) but only boosting to 0.41bar, no boost leaks as far as i can tell, replaced and tightened all clips and clamps. Gizzmo ibc works and reads (obviously only up to 0.41bar) then it just holds at that instead of going to 0.8bar. The silicone joiner coming off the intercooler IS frayed where it's been hitting the floor but i just took it off and it's 110% not gone through so i assume it's ok?... Help please.Rob. Broony
Internal or external wastegate??internal could be a weak/furked actuator, split vaccum pipeExternal could be the boost controller settings, plumbing, split vaccum pipe( try just running wategate spring pressure) if that work you know its the boost controller if not then watse gate
Beastmode panda
Hi mate thanks for the reply.I'm just running internal w/g right now! I replaced the actuator and it made a minor difference, only want the car boost up to 0.46 instead of 0.41...
Broony
take the boost controller off then see if it boost, the actuator should hold stable boost if not then its at fault
