Modifying standard starlet seats

Is there any way of modifying standard seats so that they sit abit lower to the floor? Thanks

For the hassle you would go throught to lower them you be better off buying recaros or something similar and making rails as its a ball ache

but in answer to your question there are no quick fixes

on mx5 nutz theres a guide where they perform a foamectomy to sit more snug and for taller drivers to sit lower. ill see if i can find it for you now dude
