4e valve springs

Anyone know what rpm std valve spring are good for?

Or know or aftermarket ones that arent mad money?

4e as it 4efte or 4e-fe? not sure the limit but zisco do a set of uprated springs which is what i bought alot easyier to get than cruise cant remeber the price tho.

chances are if your running high enough power to need uprated springs uve already spent a shit ton o the extra 200bucks isnt gonna be the issue

Its a 4efte. I was looking at cruise ones from rhd but there working out mad money by the time shipping and customs are paid.

Zisco ones are £240, well worth it. Only thing that puts me off them is they have no specs for them

Any other options? Would the std ones be good for 8k rpm?

Personally if you was looking to replace the springs and rev no more than 8000, I would buy a set of standard OEM springs. The plug and play ecu's raise the rev limit to around 8000 I think so should be fine.

I'm looking to get a spring tester fairly soon'ish so I could well be doing a little experiment between stock and aftermarket types.
