Livesports spoiler and high level brake light

Has anyone managed to incorporate the two, or fit a different third brake light?

Reason being I've just ordered a livesports spoiler and am a bit concerned about losing the high brake light as I feel these are quite important from a safety aspect, I myself on occasions have not noticed people braking as soon as I would if they'd had a third brake light fitted.

I'd rather not butcher the spoiler so I was unsure if maybe someone had put one in the rear window that doesn't look tacky or put them somewhere in the rear clusters to draw attention a bit better?

The brake lights have one mate its a third brake light that isn't part of the rail lights I'm thinking of?

I think there was a discussion for that in the german forum as the stock brake light in the rear window of the nas looks shite. I'll look for that tomorrow.
