Engine cut out while running! Now not starting, please help!

Full head gasket done, the engine started first time and idled for 20 mins then cut out and now it won't start, it's ticking over but not starting.

It sounds like fuel pump, any ideas? Fuel pressure regulator is working fine.

Cheers guys, please PM if anyone has any ideas.
