Recently removed from my glanza as it is cracked and I have fitted an original cast one now. The finish on this one isn't great due to the rapid heating and cooling and as I said it has a crack in it that I have tried to picture. I am sure a good welder could probably fix this up and then it would be useable. One of the four bolts for the turbo is different but all bite well.
