best engine assembly oil ?

should hopefully have all parts for my forged build next week just wondering what assembly oil is recommended and what oil have people used ?

Redline engine assembly lube, or torco. Some people prefer to just use normal engine oil as it can become a pain with the dilution of assembly lube and oil together. It depends how long you plan on "storing" the engine for. If its only going to be for a week or so, then use engine oil. Anything longer you would be best using an engine assembly lube.

I found engine oil a bit thin when i built mine, I bought some from demon tweeks on ebay, was about £8, its thick and doesn't run like oil ;) worth the ££££.
