Valve stem seals

Hi guys rebuilding my head and there are 2 different sizes can anybody tell me which are the 8 inlet ones and the 8 exhauset ones or does it not matter?

two diff colours, inlet and exhaust....iirc brown is exhaust double check tho

They are different colours. Be very careful when fitting them, its so so easy to push them on too much and rip them. If fitting 16 buy 20
