fault code 12

im gettin fault code 12 on the car, any idea what that is? the revs stick up around 2k the odd time after a drive and any blip of the trottle wit bring it down to 1100 rpm, cant get the idle lower duno what it is? set the ign timing and idle and it started a week after that

RPM signal no ne or g signal to ecu 2 seconds after engine has been cranked

usual dizzy ect checks id say mate

all seems ok even a new cap and rotor arm

changed distributor and still the same, tps sensor??
