lewisg
Do you need to buy new bolts once you rebuilt the bottom of the engine or are the old bolts fine ?
Jamie_VF22
Only if they are ARP bolts you can use them again

Taggy
thats partially true The head bolts can be reused up to 10 x if they are ARP, the crank bolts can be reused as many times as you like. They are not torque any where near the levels of the head so can be treated as normal bolts. ARP do sell crank bolts but they usually come with new rods. So in a nutshell, yes if you have too The crank cap bolts are also the same and again can be reused Edited April 8, 2013 by Taggy
