Toad Moon 433 Sterling alarm

I brought the car with the alarm fitted then all of a sudden i have ttried to unlock the car with the fob and it wont work and we i get in by using the key the immobilser hasnt turnt off wondering if anyone has had the same problem or could offer some advice

Have you checked battery in the fob? Whip the fob apart and check that the metal tab is touching the battery.

I Had a similar problem and it turned out to be a simple fix
