Dan Barnes Posted April 17, 2013 Posted April 17, 2013 Hi guysMy car has been idling a bit funny recently, will idle just above 1000rpm until it warms up, which it always has done, then settle just below 1k but recently whilst changing gear or if i dip the clutch the revs have been sitting above 1k again and take a while to drop back down.. turbo Grant Posted April 17, 2013 Posted April 17, 2013 It will be one of 2 things I suspect. The idle valve on the end of the manifold or possible the idle valve in the throttle body. I would clean them both for a starting point Quote
