HKS Turbo Timer Harness Question

just wondering if where the "spare wires" connect to if anyone know please, It's a HKS Type 0 Turbo Timer,

i had the it plugged into the loom under the steering wheel but it just beeps at me

In mine the model before this one, the two wires were one that went to earth, the other was to the handbrake, possibly could be the same here dude, any documentation online for it?
