rwdrev Posted May 2, 2013 Posted May 2, 2013 no. its piss easy. just phone them up and say your needing the windscreen replaced due to the problem (crack or big chip), then your company will get the local windscreen company to phone you back to take your details and then you just pay the insurance windscreen excess.
