Not making full boost !!??

My car isn't making full boost atm it's forged td04 and should be making 1.4 bar, I had a crack I'm my mani and thought that was why so got a new mani and de-cat and fitted it, which helped the spool loads. But I'm only getting between 1-1.2 bar now. Any ideas ?? Cheers Todd

did you touch the actuator when you swapped the new mani and de-cat on?

do you have another other form of boost control? electronic or manual?

if not you need to make the actuator arm shorter, do it half a turn at a time till you get the desired boost

Yea I have a blitz ebc mate it was set up by tuning developments when it was mapped

Ok cool, well you can either reprogram its settings, or adjust the actuator arm.

Good idea to check for boost leak first though

Ok mate I will do, if there's no leak why would it have just dropped ??

Only things i can think of, if its not a leak, is that the actuator was messed with when changing the Mani etc, or the actuator is a bit worn
