best engine oil grade for ep91 glanza

I've got a glanza ep91 just wondering whats the best engine grade to you use and what make is best for performance parts etc oil filter spark plugs coolant and does engine flush do any good to the engines

5w40/10w40 will do. OEM Oil filter, Toyota Red coolant, NGK spark plugs (depends on your spec which grade to get 7's will do most people)

Not a fan of engine flushing personally but each to their own.

As above not a big fan on flushing and would never run anything but 10w-40 semi synth oil.

Can't you get 10w 40 fully synthetic like millers or motul, I think that's what I'm gonna get ? Some people run 5-30 5-40 fuchs oil but I've always used 10-40
