Right the turbo sounds asif it stops kicking in about 3 1/2 k revs and runs flat as fart. it also picks and chooses what boost it wants to run.. Sometime itll make the 0.8bar and others ita stays at around .6 And even drops off as low as .5bar.. Had some great advice from broony on this situation anyway but i thought it cant help to get more opinions before i buy a new turbo and actuator.

I've checked all the pipes etc and there doesnt appear to be any leaks. Not bothered on spending the money i just dont wanna start throwing money away chasing an issue when it could be something simple.

Does sound like an actuator problem. Could also be worth dropping the air filter pipe off and checking for play in the shaft.

Yeh ill check. Should it not move at all? And if theres play im guessing a new turbo or a recon is whats also needed.. I've Got a hks actuator on the way so hopefully that should sort my actuator issue.
