paint inside oil cap

I have just bought a painted rocker cover and there is a small amount of paint on the flat surface inside where the oil cap goes, will the damage anything?

highly doubt it I had a small amount of over spray in my rocker cap when I sprayed mine and I never had any problems bud

Thinners would probably get rid of it if you're worried.
