Revs very 'jerky'

I had the intake manifold off the other night, put it back on, but the car seems really jerky when holding revs. It feels like it just wants to go up the rev range.

Also when holding the revs around 2000rpm, throttle slightly open, it spits flames like mad, sounds a lot like anti-lag which is strange.

No performance issues at all runs perfect apart from the above.

I'm going to put this down to a fueling issue, but would like some input if anyone has other ideas.

I should mention I am funning a Tomei FPR with 225cc injectors (I think, orange).
