bottem end rebuild

Hi guys need to rebuild the bottem end on my glanza the bearings went. the engine is forged took the sump off n took the conrod bearings out notice the crank was scuffed so is there a thread showing how to take the crank out?

You need to remove the crank pulley, then remove the main caps in sequence.
