Polybushing the engine?

Hello i am just about to start polybushing my engine mounts was just wondering what the best way is to get the old mounts out? have heard about burning them out is this the best way?

Easiest way is to get someone to press them out with a press if your doing it your self then burn them out as a cheap alternative.

Or if you get access to a reciprocating saw and be careful not to cut too deep!

Ok sweet thank you do have a press at work can use that I do like the idea of playing with fire though haha

Burning em out is fun.then when rubbers out the way,hacksaw into the bush sleeve and then when thats cut it comes out with hammer and chisel. This method proved quickest by far.tryed and tested.lol
