Another oil question :)

Time has come to change my oil again last time I used millers 5-40 fully synthetic.

My glanza v is running std turbo still but boosting 1 bar at 210bhp

Should I stick to this or change to a different grade/make?

I would stick with that mate especially as its getting colder!

I'd stick with that all year round, I can't see it getting hot enough to need a 10w-50 in the summer.

On track days the temp gets to about 95

In that case the 5w-40 will be fine, that is ideal up to about 130C.

Mines used on track only, I run a 5/50 Fuchs Titan Pro race S, I used to use the 5/40 version but due to only used on track and seeing temps of 120, I found this oil a little better

I have tried many brands, including Eneos, Motul, Mobil 1, redline.

Now i'm using the AMSoil Dominator 15-50 and i think it's the best i've tried...both from consumption point of view, pressure and temp

I've gone for Titan pro s 5w40 see how it goes
