What's up players, just got my new Glanza home :)

Mechanically she's sweet as a nut, but I've a couple of exterior issues I need some advice for..

Firstly, there's a piece of window seal missing, this causes wind noise as if the window were slightly open, and when we were driving home at 70 in the rain, it was letting a small amount in. In the pic, you can see where it ends, it restarts just below the wind deflector:

I can imagine changing the whole thing would be pain, so my idea is to get a spare seal from a car breaking, cut out the missing section, and fit it in the gap, with a small bit of sealant to join the edges, ideas?

Secondly, the wind deflector is coming away on the driver's side:

An easier fix I'd assume.. It seems to be peeling away half way up, so I may remove it, clean off all the old sticky and reattach it, can anyone recommend the best stuff to use for this?

Oh and here's the car, got a bit dirty in the rain driving home..

Personally I wouldn't pull the rest of the deflector off they are a pain to put on, lift out the part that is coming away and put some tiger seal or other sealant behind it to stick it back :)
