Wardy1988
Ok so the return pipe that goes from the bottom of the turbo to the bit where the banjo bolt goes in is leaking. The leak is from the hole the banjo goes in. I have tried to heli coil it but no joy just pees out even more can what else can I do?
bucketep91
Try replacing the copper washers. If its a stock unit id replace it with a braided one for piece of mind, they are only around 40 quid or so iirc
Wardy1988
That's fine I got plenty of washers and I have thought about braided but it's not the actual return more the hole the banjo bolt screws into. Really don't wanna buy another block
Chand
This is a common problem on standard setup It's because it has no allowance for play in the turbo oil feed mate As said above I would invest in a braided oil feed as that will most likely be where it is leaking from It will more than likely had a slight crack inside which will allow once pressured to bleed out
