Just bolt it down to bits in the bay and to battery to provide better earthing

Right, do you actually remove current earths? Or slap this ontop of it?

Either or i think mate, just provides a better earth and also looks prettier in the bay, il try find a pic, most of the earth wires go to places unseen on any bay shot though

Just had a think and yeah you would remove the earths you are replacing this with, as you can imagine the battery terminal is normally crowded with wires but mine just had this on which looked alot tidier
