An Fittings

I don't know if this is the correct place to put this but if not please move it.

I just want to make sure that if I get AN6 fittings for my fuel line do I need an8 hose or an6? I've got An6 at the minute but it seems to be too small.

Im sure its meant to be small but not this small?

It is corrrect mate that is what i used on mine it will be tight mine were
