TD04 Kit - Will I need anything else?

As per the title - If I was to buy a TD04 turbo kit will I need anything else?

Or can I simple bolt it on and reset the JAM ECU?

For example do I also need an upgraded intake manifold?

Glanza V 1998

Mods:

Air filter relocation kit

FMIC

Toyosports Manifold & Decat

5Zigen Exhaust

Your filter relocation will need modification as will your hot pipe to the cooler, a decent clutch if ya haven't got one already, oil+ water lines for the turbo, wastegate/actuator if not included in kit. And yo will obviously have to get the fueling checked

Sorry it has an uprated clutch!

The kits come with the oil & water lines, and wastegate.

My Glanza came with a Blitz 4 Stage Boost controller - can I use the actuator that is attached to my CT9 Turbo on the TD04?

If it's a Hks actuator you have you could make a new bracket for it easily

I would personally stear clear of the toyosports kit buddy, its cheap and nasty! Far better just saving a little more and go for zisco, race tech or wepr. People are always selling used setups for good prices and you wont need to strip it all down again when it cracks.

All I can say is it's a threaded / adjustable actuator?! Probably a HKS as they are so common right.

Ya more than likely is I made my ct9 one fit a Garrett so I'm sure you could do it with the td
