Ep91 crank pulley

Hi, I'm replacing my timing belt on my ep91 and I can not get the crank pulley off, the or that runs the alternator Etc, I've got the nut out but can't remove the pulley, I've tried a gear pulley but no luck, any ideas?

I had this and mutilated the crank pulley getting it off but my new one comes off with ease now, think its luck of the draw tbh just keep trying with gentle persuasion it will come off eventually
