Zeldoz
So yesterday i was planning on removing the minty fresh boot, off the shell im breaking. However, after removing the bungs on the underside i cannot find a plug. I then removed the trim on the boot panel to find a plug. I can unplug this and pull it through to where the grommet is. HOWEVER, when it comes to refitting i'll have no way of feeding that plug back through the boot to the area to plug it in.. Unless im missing something quite stupid here.. The only way i see it is cut the loom, and re-splice.. and i dont want to go through that rigmarole as its a pain as there's a good 15+ wires!
dangeestarlet
You get a piece of wire or rope tie it to the plug then feed the wire through the grommet till you can reach it then pull it all through, simple take 5 mins Edited January 13, 2014 by dangeestarlet

But i swear the plug looks big to come through the whole? I need to take a longer peak!
dangeestarlet
I done it a few times, it will work and takes 5 mins , just put your hand inside the boot till you can reach the rope or whatever and it's beat to do it once on the car it's easier
