Part numbers are the same according to ToyoDIY for a 97 glanza and euro N/A.

I have both on the shelf but the n/a one is solid and fte has all the rubber damper in it, so now my question is which would you use on your fte build???

Harmonic damper all day long. I would take the extra reliabilty over the weight of a turd anyday.

Just to add my 5E has a harmonic damper pulley on it as well, so I'm guessing pulleys changed based on the year the engine was produced, probably to do with costs.
