Zeldoz Posted February 3, 2014 Posted February 3, 2014 I've ummed and arred over buying an EBC. Lots of you are saying do it before my remap. As you all probably have a seen one up for sale on here. Thinking of buying it.. Can anyone give me an opinon over, are they any good? Likely to break? Anyone using/used one and like it etc? Never had an EBC before, so im cautious about delving into the unknown here. Thanks Quote

Zeldoz Posted February 3, 2014 Author Posted February 3, 2014 type s buddy Is the S just as good? Apart from it being capable of less boost? As im thinking of chucking this in before im mapped. Also, Did you get mapped without a speedo converter? I haven't got one yet and i swear i saw you buy one recently? What difference with or without does it make at all? Quote
Mike@TD.co.uk Posted February 3, 2014 Posted February 3, 2014 Spec R is more capable at higher boost, Spec S works well also. Also consider the GFB GForce II if you want a new item, those hold boost just like the Blitz units do, really impressive piece of kit. Cheers Mike JonesTuning Developments Ltd Quote

Yes just as good but just runs less boost over the spec R Mine was mapped with out a speedo converter mate but my ecu takes out the 110 - 112km restrictor i might have a spare converter if you need one boss Edited February 3, 2014 by Jamie_VF22 Quote
