Just want to double check if 15" 7j 4x100 et40 alloys will fit my gt that's lowered 40mm?

Yep, as long as you stick to 195/50 tyres you should be fine.

I've got 7j 15 4x100 195 45 15 et35 and was fine slammed also had 7.5j 15 et 30 on 195 45 15 and no problem
