Crunch into gear box sometimes will whine

My gear will crunch in to 3rd if I fast change and sometimes whines what you guys think ???

synchromesh mine does it in second if you match the revs though or drive slow its ok.

mine doesn't whine though whining is bearings. If your bearings go that's goodnight gearbox

Yer it's always crunched i had the box rebuilt with stronger cogs from rob Barnard to be fair it only whined once last nite I reckon change the oil then see how I get on
