Been painted black on the front but can be cleaned off. A couple/few dings in the fins but nothing that would cause an issue which are shown the photos. They were on it when i bought it a few years ago. Other than a little clean will bring this back up to standard or just repaint it. Pipework has been shortened and is suited to a TD04 Rotated setup 10cm thick core and one of the largest on the market.
