Fitting ABS ring to Non ABS Driveshaft

Got the abs ring off my old driveshaft to use on my new shaft with No ABS, however struggling to get it to fit. Any ideas?

i have done this a few times you need to heat the ring with a blow torch or something the same and then get it into with pliers and go around it gently tapping it with the hammer the whole way around and it should go in to place with not much bother

issue i had was everytime i hit it in one place it pop off the other side

if you have anybody there get them to hold a hammer on one side and then you start tapping it from there make sure its gently taps and make sure you give it a good heating
