kevmcc90
I read the guide on here saying to leave heaters on full until fan comes on then off again and to fill up coolant as needed. But I'm not getting my fan coming on? Any ideas to help me bleed this?
Beastmode panda
I read the guide on here saying to leave heaters on full until fan comes on then off again and to fill up coolant as needed. But I'm not getting my fan coming on? Any ideas to help me bleed this? Fill coolant up in rad, leave rad cap off, turn car on and heaters on full til the coolant starts to bubble. If it idles fine and drives fine after that it will be ok. I've always done it like that til the fan has come on and til it's bubbled up and never had a problem. Edit - It might take a bit longer than usual to get heat through it til the fan comes on as it's only on idle. Obviously the fan comes on after a hard/long drive. kevmcc90
Meant to ask should both radiator pipes get hot? As it only seems to be top one that gets hot?
kevmcc90
Took it for a spin just normal driving and seemed fine. But when I came to a halt it cut out. Wasn't showing it overheating though. Any ideas?
