Oil Change

I am doing an oil change on the weekend, engine only has slight mods nothing major, was thinking of putting Mobil one 2000 10W40 Semi Synth.

I have heard on other groups people saying not too flush the engine before changing the oil, would anyone agree not too flush the engine current millage is round about 98K and not sure when the oil was last changed hence the reason for changing.

Just use the mobile 10w40. I wouldn't bother flushing it, can cause problems in the long run
