Need urgent advise

Right guys my rear wheel bearing had packed up and when I removed the hub I was left with this.

Now I cant seem to get the small inner part to budge and Im afraid if I cannot pull it off the spindle that it will be stuck there.

Can anyone tell me if the spindle can be replaced or does the whole rear beam need replaced.

really stuck in a pickle.

A gear puller would probably sort that out if there's enough of a lip for it to grip upon, there maybe a better way but that's one of the first things I'd try it it was really jammed up.

Cheers dude I'm going to heat it up and use a puller to try and get it off
