Max9650 Posted May 12, 2014 Posted May 12, 2014 Hey i picked up my glanza last weekend and since then the remote key stopped working and so has the car itself ! it wont start unless i disconnect the live battery terminal then reconnect it. I'm wondering if its an easy fix or should is it best i just remove it from the car ? its a right pain at the moment! especially when filling up at petrol stations etc ! here is the keyfob i have and this is the backup thing that is suppost to disable the immobilizer but it isnt :/ ! Any help would be greatly appreciated Quote
Critic Posted May 12, 2014 Posted May 12, 2014 (edited) I have the same alarm on mine. I always use the little fob thing to turn the alarm off before starting the car instead of the keyfob buttons. You must have dodgy wiring some where, that's all I can think of. :/ Edited May 12, 2014 by Critic Quote
Max9650 Posted May 12, 2014 Author Posted May 12, 2014 It used to work but when the remote stopped working. So did the pin thing that u can use to turn it off :/ the light does flash when the fob is pushed so it's still working to some extent it seems :/ Quote

dangeestarlet Posted May 24, 2014 Posted May 24, 2014 Just cut the alarm put is the easiest buddy Quote
Max9650 Posted May 24, 2014 Author Posted May 24, 2014 Any idea of the easiest way to do that ? I've heard mixed answers, it only doesn't start like 1/15 times now and disconnection battery fixes it, but it's a pain Quote
