Thiner head gasket? more power?

ive read quite a few threads on this... so its the head gasket i need to replace with a thiner smaller one?? Where can i get one from?!!?! no idea at all where to start looking! also i know this is an almost impossible question to ask.. but how much power am i expected to gain??!!

Well in theory a thinner head gasket will give you more compression which means more power. It wont be that much of a gain I wouldn't of thought.

If you want more you'll need to bore :D

yes they do, i believe it's 0.6mm i remember seeing it on a parts list for the starlet/glanza

also cruise do thinner head gaskets and in defferent thickness' as well

I have one here I was going to stick on my 5EFE but never got around to fitting it. It's code is 11115-EP810. It's in that first link.

ok i back tracked on the trd site. and the site is only a reference for parts ant numbers.

under the distributors for the uk it says fensport.

they dont have the hg listed but contact em and see what they say.

Also just out of curiousity how much extra power wuld get from this and are there any additional mods needed?
