The best way I've seen is to cut the cat out and have flanges welded in place as when you use a sleeve/clamp set up, the top part of the clamp can cause a u bend across the width of the pipe and sleeve which is then a bastard seperate. Where if you flange it it's four nuts/bolts and two very cheap gaskets and you're done! I'm sure some people will disagree with me but it's the best way I've seen/done Quote
