Bleeding a Radiator

Hi can anyone tell me how to flush then bleed a radiator to get all the air and gunk out it?

To bleed it leave the rad cap off with the car running and wait for the fan to come on. Then put the cap back on

bleeding is a small white sort of valve at the bottom of the rad, twist it untill all coolant is drained, take the cap of for this to create a vacum, then once drained close the valve add coolant untill full, remember to stick some in the overflow bottle, then start the car with the heaters on hot at full to get any air out of the system once thats done rad cap on job done
