What coolant? And ideal oil pressure?

Hi guys what coolant is best to use, td04 at 1bar on half rad atm it's got just water in?

Also what's the ideal or normal oil pressure?

Oil pressure as prescribed by toyota is 7 psi at idle which as discussed before is not normal/average

a normal idle on most starlets is actually around 15-20 psi when fully warmed up

and around 45 + cold start
