Lighting problems

Right so I've just had my gt turbo back from headgasket being replaced etc pretty sure I was ripped off but hey go :/ now when I picked the car up it was in night so I turned lights on & front light came on, dials didn't light up & rear light didn't work. Brake lights are working & indicators. There was a 20a fuse blown on the fuse board inside car & when the "mechanic" put a 15a in it blew straight away :/ he got stressed & was like this isn't my problem then I said it was working before & he just got shirty so I told him not to worry & I'll get it sorted he was complaining that there were wires everywhere & it was all a mess which can be expected of a car this age due to people playing around with it etc
